ZGSM shall charge against defeats by abnormal storage, usage, connection or change the structure or any components of the product.
Damage by thunder stroke over 6KV(L,N to FG) /4KV(L to N) will not covered by warranty based on IEC61000-4-5.

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
