Q: For same wattage, why different suppliers with different lumenoutput?
A: Different chips, or same chip but different brightness version(bin code). The brightness will be different. But for same chip and same brightness version, the brightness will be slight difference. But please make clear the brightness difference between LEDs and lamp fixture.
Q: What is PF and efficiency?
A: PF and efficiency is to feedback the driver electrical performance. Higher PF and efficiency with higher cost.
Q: How about the luminous attenuation?
A: The luminous attenuation is about 0.2%-0.3% per 1000 hours.
Q:What if the driver or the chip is out of work?
A: We will sent you the new item or part accordingly. Usually the replace item will go with the next order. Otherwise you will pay the freight cost.
