Recently, the NB-IoT intelligent single light control construction project was completed in Wujiang District, Suzhou City, building a district-level lighting information platform to realize online real-time control and convenient management. At present, street lighting in Wujiang District has become the largest intelligent street light network of low consumption wide area network in China.The project has been listed as an "ecological civilization major project" by the National Development and Reform Commission, and has been promoted and applied nationwidely.
In 2017, Wujiang started the construction of smart city. With the support of district leaders and the lead of Wujiang city management, Wujiang adopted NB smart lighting solution provided by Opple Lighting to effectively cover the field of road lighting with the application of informatization.
It is understood that the single lamp is installed with the NB-IOT single light controller, and the NB-IOT intelligent lighting management platform is adopted to realize the point-to-point switch on lamp, dimming, automatic fault alarm and asset management functions of each street lamp, forming a lighting "neural network" to further improve the lighting rate and make the city management more convenient.
