The second wave swept away any prospect of experiencing a party close to normal and the mobility and schedule restrictions arrived just as the fixtures were being finished. Last September, while the outbreaks rebounded slightly, the municipal government put out to tender the contract for the lighting of up to 284 streets, even expanding the decorations, with a budget of almost one million euros. Now, everything is on hold.
