Q: Can I have a sample order for led light?

A: Yes, sample order is welcomed to be purchased to test, so that to know better about our product quality. 

Q: What about the lead time?

A: 1-3 days for samples, 1-2 weeks for order within 100pcs. For larger order, pls kindly check with us.

Q: Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?

A: We don't have MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available

Q: Is this model dimmable?

A: We have 2 versions for your option, both dimmable(1-10V, PWM, Resistance) and non dimmable driver are available.

Q: How about the warranty and lifetime of UFO?

A: We provide 5 years warranty for the whole lamp. The lifetime of this model is 100000hours@25℃，L70.

Q: What's your solution when the lamp doesn't work well?

A: If there is any problem about the lamps purchased from us, pls kindly take some photos or video and send it to us. We will check and confirm the problem at once, then deliver the broken component or the whole lamp to you according to the problem ASAP.

Q: Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
