1. Pouring the foundation

2. Installation method of solar street light components
(1) Install the solar panel: put the solar panel on the panel support, tighten with screws, connect the output line of the solar panel, pay attention to the correct positive and negative poles of the panel, and tie the output line of the panel with Tie the strap firmly. After connecting the wire, tin-plate the connection of the battery board, and then set it aside to wait for the wire to be threaded.
(2) Install LED lamps: pass the lamp wire out of the lamp arm, and leave a section of lamp wire at one end of the lamp holder; support the lamp pole, and pass the other end of the lamp wire through the alignment hole reserved for the lamp pole Out, run the lamp wire to the top end of the lamp pole; install the lamp cap on the other end of the lamp wire, align the lamp arm with the screw hole on the lamp pole, and then use a quick wrench to tighten the lamp arm with the screw; Mark the end that passes through the top of the light pole, and use a thin wire tube to pass the two wires to the bottom end of the light pole together with the solar panel wire, and fix the solar panel on the light pole.
(3) Lifting the light pole: After checking the fixation of the components, put the sling on the proper position of the light pole, and slowly lift the lamp. When the light pole is lifted to the foundation, slowly lower the light pole and rotate the light pole at the same time. Adjust the lamp head to face the road, and the holes on the flange are aligned with the anchor bolts; after the flange is on the foundation, put on flat washers, spring washers, and nuts in sequence, and tighten the nuts evenly with a wrench to fix the lamp pole.
(4) Install the battery and the controller: Put the battery into the battery well, and thread the battery wire onto the roadbed with a thin wire; then connect the connecting wire to the controller, first connect the battery, then the load, and then the solar panel; debug Whether the street lamp is working normally, if it is normal, set the mode of the controller to make the street lamp light up, and the lamp cover of the lamp pole can be sealed if there is no problem.
3. Component adjustment and secondary embedding
After the installation of the solar street light is completed, check the installation effect of the overall street light, readjust the tilt of the lamp pole, and check whether the sun angle of the solar panel is deviated, whether the lamp holder is proper, etc.; after confirming that all adjustments are made, correct the lamp pole The base is pre-embedded twice, and the base of the light pole is built into a small square with cement to make the solar street light more solid and reliable.

1. Installation location

2. Installation time
Solar street lights should be installed on sunny days. 3. The angle of the battery panel
